¹ Make sure your rental fits the opening dates and hours of your chosen store. We charge by the night, with discounts for longer rentals. Your gear will be ready for you to pick up from 3pm on your selected pickup date.

² Whenever you can, aim to bring your rental back to the same store you picked it up from during their opening hours on your selected Return Date. If needed, we’re happy to accept returns until 10am the next morning, as long as the store is open then. If you need to return your rental to a different store, please let us know ahead of time so we can arrange to relocate the gear and get it ready for the next customer. Late fees will apply if not returned on time.

• Out of hours? If pick up or drop off is required outside of shop hours then do contact us asap and we’ll see what we can do.
• Fully booked? If the item you need isn't available - please contact us on hire@gearshop.co.nz in case we're able to bring in more gear from our warehouse.
